All employment identification cards issued to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years of age, who are employed in any branch of the government of Guam, including the Guam
Legislature, Judiciary and Executive Branch, including all public corporations, autonomous agencies, the University of Guam and the Guam Community College shall prominently display the month and year in which such person will turn eighteen (18) years of age.
