Terms Used In 5 Guam Code Ann. § 32707

  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
This Act shall become effective on May 1, 2006 and apply to acts occurring on or after May 1, 2006.
