Terms Used In 5 Guam Code Ann. § 32804

  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
An electronic gift card/ gift certificate/ store gift card shall not have an expiration date if the buyer of the electronic gift card does not receive a printed sales receipt with both the issuance date and expiration date clearly marked on it or, the buyer or holder ofthe electronic gift card does not have both the issuance date and the expiration date available through an internet site or through a toll-free information telephone line.
