Terms Used In 5 Guam Code Ann. § 40101

  • Public law: A public bill or joint resolution that has passed both chambers and been enacted into law. Public laws have general applicability nationwide.
There shall be a Mayor and/or Vice Mayor for the municipalities and villages of Guam as indicated in the following table:
