There is established, separate and apart from any other government fund, a Talofofo Gymnasium Revolving Fund. The Talofofo Municipal Planning Council is authorized to establish, charge, collect, and approve money for the use of the Talofofo village gymnasium. The Fund shall be used for personnel, operations, and maintenance of the Talofofo Gymnasium. The Talofofo Mayor shall be the custodian and certifying officer of the Fund.
