CH. 63 FISH, GAME, FORESTRY & CONSERVATION
There is established an Agricultural Board of Commissioners composed of nine (9) members who shall be appointed by the Governor subject to the advice and consent of the Legislature. The Governor shall appoint six (6) bona fide farmers, as defined in § 63801 of this Article, consisting of three (3) bona fide farmers from the Northern Agricultural District and three (3) bona fide farmers from the Southern Agricultural District, and three (3) representatives from the private business community to serve as the members of the Board.
