Ex-officio, non-voting Board members shall consist of but are not limited to, representatives of the Department of Agriculture, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Department of Land Management, Guam Economic Development Authority, Public Utility Agency of Guam, and locally-based offices of the Federal Farmers Home Administration, Soil Conservation Service, Bureau of Reclamation, the Director of the Marine Laboratory at the University of Guam, and a member of the Fishermen’s Cooperative.
