The Board may institute a program within the Guam Public Library System to be entitled, ‘Friends of the Library’. The Board shall make necessary rules and regulations for the employment and use of said volunteers within the System. The Board may obtain liability insurance coverage for said volunteers. Title 4
GCA § 2112 shall apply to volunteers hereunder.
