- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The Corporation shall submit to I Maga’lahen Guåhan and I Liheslaturan Guåhan a detailed annual report of activities and an audited, annual financial report. For this purpose, the Corporation shall contract for independent auditing services. It shall also submit to I Maga’lahen Guåhan and I Liheslaturan Guåhan other special reports as each may require from time-to-time. The Corporation’s books shall likewise be subject to annual legislative audit as prescribed by law, and shall be open for public inspection by the public pursuant to the Sunshine Reform Act.
