Terms Used In 5 Guam Code Ann. § 87114

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
The Corporation, through the Board of Trustees, shall establish the fiduciary duties that are appropriate and necessary for each of the various Divisions of the Corporation.
