The Board of Trustees shall serve as the Official State Historical Records Advisory Board on behalf of the Sagan Rikuetdo for the purpose of participating in the grants program of the National Historical Publications and Records Commission as Federally regulated in Title 36
Code of Federal Regulations § 1206.
