Terms Used In 6 Guam Code Ann. § 2505
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
Where, however, one derives title to real property from another, the declaration, act or omission of the latter, while holding the title, in relation to the property, is evidence against the former.
