Terms Used In 6 Guam Code Ann. § 7401

  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
An affidavit may be used as specified in this Code, in any other law of Guam, or in the Guam Rules of Civil Procedure for the purpose specified therein.
