Terms Used In 7 Guam Code Ann. § 12117
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Any person, who either as a director, officer, or agent of any firm or corporation or as an agent of any person violating the provisions of 9 Guam Code Ann., Chapter 69, 5 Guam Code Ann., Chapter 32, or any other law; knowingly aids or assists, directly or indirectly, in such violation, knowing that the firm, corporation, or person is violating a law, is responsible therefor equally with the firm, corporation or person in any civil case.
