Terms Used In 7 Guam Code Ann. § 20305

  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
If upon such application it satisfactorily appears that there is not suffi- cient ground for the injunction, it must be dissolved; or if it satisfactorily appears that the extent of the injunction is too great, it must be modified.
