All money collected for the law library must be paid into the hands of the treasurer of the law library or his designee, who must keep the same in a bank account or accounts in the name of >The Guam Law Library’ to be expended by the Board of Law Library Trustees.

All funds that are a part of the Superior Court Law Library Fund at the time this Act becomes effective shall be immediately transferred to the Guam Law Library.
