Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 134-22
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Firearm: means any weapon, for which the operating force is an explosive, including but not limited to pistols, revolvers, rifles, shotguns, automatic firearms, noxious gas projectors, mortars, bombs, and cannon. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 134-1
“Controlled substance” shall have the same meaning as defined in § 329-1.
“Distribution” means the selling, transferring, prescribing, giving or delivering to another, or the leaving, bartering, or exchanging with another, or the offering or agreeing to do the same.
