Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 174C-12
- Commission: means the commission on water resource management. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 174C-3
- Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, judicial review of rules and orders of the commission under this chapter shall be governed by chapter 91. Trial de novo is not allowed on review of commission actions under this chapter.
