Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 174C-16
- Person: means any and all persons, natural or artificial, including an individual, firm, association, organization, partnership, business trust, corporation, company, the United States of America, the State of Hawaii, and all political subdivisions, municipalities, and public agencies thereof. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 174C-3
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, this invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter are severable.
