Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 339-10
- Director: means the director of the department of health. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 339-1
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
In addition to the remedies provided in this chapter, the director may apply to the circuit environmental court for a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of this chapter.
