Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or any rules, regulations, criterion, procedure, or certificate issued hereunder may, in a legal action commenced by the board:

(1) Be enjoined from continuing such violation; and

Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 340B-9

  • Board: means the board of certification established by § 340B-4. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 340B-1
  • Person: means any individual, partnership, firm, association, joint venture, public or private corporation, trust, estate, commission, board, public or private institution, utility, cooperative, municipality, or any other legal entity. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 340B-1
(2) Be subject to a civil penalty of not less than $100 a day and not greater than $200 a day for each day of continuing violation.
