(1) Establish procedures and entitlements to medical, developmental, child care, or other social services for the child in accordance with applicable laws;

Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 350C-5

  • Child: means a person less than eighteen years of age, or a person less than twenty-one years of age who has mental or physical handicaps that warrant the continuation of assistance beyond the age of eighteen. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 350C-2
(2) Contain other provisions as may be appropriate or incidental to the proper administration of the compact.
