The authority, in taking, seizing, holding, retaining, or selling any personal property pursuant to sections 356D-52 and lien, notice, etc” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2019″ statecd=”HI”>356D-53, may require the assistance of the sheriff or any authorized police officer of any county. Any sheriff or officer, when required, shall assist the authority.
