Under the Hawaii Revised Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

The powers conferred by this chapter shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law, including sections 125-1 to 125-7 and nothing herein shall be construed as limiting any other powers of the governor or the designated agency mentioned in § 382-3.
