- Cemetery: means any property, or part interest therein, dedicated to and used or intended to be used for the permanent interment of human remains. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 441-1
No provision of law, ordinance, or government regulation relating to the registration and sale of securities shall apply to the sale by a cemetery authority of plots, crypts, or niches dedicated, described, and shown on a proper map or plat pursuant to this chapter.
