Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 482-53

- Entity: means a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or any other type of business entity recognized in this State. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 482-1
Nothing in this chapter shall adversely affect common law rights in trade names, entity names, service marks, or trademarks, or the enforcement of those rights.
