Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 490:7-301
- Consignee: means a person named in a bill of lading to which or to whose order the bill promises delivery. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 490:7-102
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
