- Person: includes an individual, partnership, joint venture, corporation, association, business, trust, or any organized group of persons or legal entities, or any combination thereof. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 514E-1
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to preclude a person aggrieved by a violation of this chapter from filing an action in court for civil damages. A violation of this chapter shall be deemed a cause of action for the purpose of the court action.
