Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 612-2
- Disability: means the state of having a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of a person's major life activities, having a record of such an impairment, or being regarded as having such an impairment. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 612-3
A citizen shall not be excluded from jury service in this State on account of race, color, religion, sex, including gender identity or expression, national origin, economic status, or physical disability, except as provided in section 612-4(b)(1).
