Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 89-16
- Board: means the Hawaii labor relations board created pursuant to § 89-5. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 89-2
- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
The complaints, orders, and testimony relating to a proceeding instituted by the board under § 377-9 shall be public records and be available for inspection or copying. All proceedings pursuant to § 377-9 shall be open to the public.
