Terms Used In Idaho Code 2-202
- Court: means district courts of this state, including the magistrates division, and includes, when the context requires, any judge of the court;
Idaho Code 2-204Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period. State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. It is the policy of this state that all persons selected for jury service be selected at random from a fair cross section of the population of the area served by the court, and that all qualified citizens have the opportunity, in accordance with this act to be considered for jury service in this state and an obligation to serve as jurors when summoned for that purpose.
