Terms Used In Idaho Code 22-3716
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Person: means any partnership, association, corporation, cooperative or other business unit or device. See Idaho Code 22-3703
Any person who violates or aids in violation of any provision of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300 or imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months, or both.
