Every person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this act, or any of the rules, regulations or order of the commission adopted pursuant to the authority conferred by this act, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment and all fines collected for violation of this act shall be deposited as provided in section 22-4215.
