This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Idaho Residential Mortgage Practices Act,” and is organized into three (3) parts. Part 1 includes provisions that apply to the entire chapter. Part 2 includes provisions for the regulation of mortgage brokers and mortgage lenders. Part 3 includes provisions for the regulation of individual mortgage loan originators.
