Terms Used In Idaho Code 27-202
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Each corporation created under the provisions of this chapter shall be governed by the provisions of the Idaho nonprofit corporation act, except insofar as they may be inconsistent with this chapter.
