Terms Used In Idaho Code 39-1119

  • Employee: means any person working for compensation in a facility that provides daycare. See Idaho Code 39-1102
  • Training: means continuing education in child development areas relating to child care. See Idaho Code 39-1102
The owner or operator of a day care center shall ensure that each employee receives four (4) hours of ongoing training every twelve (12) months after the employee’s hire date.
