Terms Used In Idaho Code 39-3508
- Assessment: means the conclusion reached using uniform criteria which identifies resident strengths, weaknesses, risks and needs, to include functional, medical and behavioral. See Idaho Code 39-3502
- Department: means the Idaho department of health and welfare. See Idaho Code 39-3502
The department shall employ uniform assessment criteria to assess functional and cognitive disability. The conclusions shall be deemed the assessment and shall be used to provide appropriate placement and funding for service needs.
