- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any individual who wilfully obstructs the director or his examiner in the conduct of any examination authorized by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 41-117 (general penalty).
