(1) Each service corporation shall annually on or before the first day of March file with the director a statement of its financial condition as at the December 31 next preceding. The statement shall be in form, and provide for such information relative to the corporation’s affairs, as the director shall prescribe consistent with this chapter. The statement shall be verified under oath by at least two (2) of the corporation’s principal administrative officers.
(2) At time of filing the statement, the corporation shall pay the fee therefor as specified in section 41-3433 (fee schedule).

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
