Terms Used In Idaho Code 42-2027

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
The contract for the water right upon which the aforesaid lien is founded shall be recorded in the office of the recorder of the county where said land is situate.
