Terms Used In Idaho Code 42-3231
- board: as used in this chapter shall mean the board of directors of a district. See Idaho Code 42-3202
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
A quorum of the board shall attend such hearing and explain the proposed budget and hear any and all objections thereto.
