Terms Used In Idaho Code 45-1513
- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Idaho Code 73-114
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
A deed of trust or transfer of any interest in real property in trust to secure the performance of any obligation shall be a conveyance of real property.
