Terms Used In Idaho Code 48-1801

  • Solar energy system: means a system or configuration of energy devices that collects and uses solar energy to generate electricity to be used by a consumer. See Idaho Code 48-1802
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Residential Solar Energy System Disclosure Act."
