Terms Used In Idaho Code 49-226

  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
It shall be unlawful and a felony for the owner of any vehicle to file an affidavit as required in section 49-449, Idaho Code, knowing the same to be false or misleading.
