Terms Used In Idaho Code 50-2207

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Property: includes both real and personal property. See Idaho Code 73-114
Upon the disincorporation of said city, every public officer of said city shall immediately turn over, to the board of county commissioners of the county in which said corporation is situated, all public property of every nature and description in their possession.
