Terms Used In Idaho Code 54-1225
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Board: means the Idaho board of licensure of professional engineers and professional land surveyors, hereinafter provided by this chapter. See Idaho Code 54-1202
- person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person;

Any person or organization who shall feel aggrieved by any action of the board in denying, suspending or revoking a license or certificate or certificate of authorization, as is appropriate, may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of the administrative procedure act, chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
