(1) All applicants for licensure or certification, or for reinstatement after the license or certification has lapsed pursuant to section 54-2112(3), Idaho Code, must submit to a fingerprint-based criminal history check of the Idaho central criminal database and the federal bureau of investigation criminal history database.
(2) For purposes of complying with this section, each such applicant must:
(a) Submit to the board a full set of the applicant’s fingerprints for forwarding to the Idaho state police for appropriate processing by the Idaho state police and the federal bureau of investigation; and
(b) Submit to the board for forwarding to the Idaho state police and the federal bureau of investigation the full amount of the processing fees charged by such agencies.
Terms Used In Idaho Code 54-2108
- Board: means the state board of veterinary medicine. See Idaho Code 54-2103
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
(3) This section shall apply to individuals only. This section shall not apply to entities applying for a certificate as a certified euthanasia agency.
