Board: means the Idaho state licensing board of professional counselors and marriage and family therapists. See Idaho Code 54-3401
person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person;

Confidentiality of communication between any person licensed under this chapter and client shall be privileged from disclosure as provided in section 9-203, Idaho Code, with the exception of the board review as provided in section 54-3404, Idaho Code.
