Terms Used In Idaho Code 63-3803
- Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
Of the members first appointed, one (1) shall be appointed for a term to expire on June 30, 1970; one (1) for a term to expire on June 30, 1971; and one (1) for a term to expire on June 30, 1972. Succeeding members shall be appointed for three (3) year terms. Any vacancy shall be filled by the governor for the unexpired term subject to confirmation by the senate at its next regular session. The board shall elect a chairman from its membership and the chairman shall hold office until the first regular meeting of the subsequent fiscal year.
