Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-7416

  • Director: means the director of the lottery. See Idaho Code 67-7404
  • retailer: means a person with whom the lottery has contracted for the purpose of selling tickets or shares in lottery games to the public. See Idaho Code 67-7404
No lottery tickets or shares shall be sold by a lottery game retailer unless the retailer has on public display on the premises a certificate of authority to sell lottery tickets or shares signed by the director.
